I recently visited Phoenix Multi Speciality Hospital , Kovaipudur .  This however was not  my first visit.  I have been visiting this hospital  for more than a year and availed their services for  me, my wife , my daughter and my grandson. I am  prompted to  post this now as I noticed –
Consistently good service over  a period
Welcoming and  helping attitude of staff  all the time
Reasonable charges
And most importantly  the non commercial  approach of Doctors.
All the doctors ,  me and my family members interacted were  friendly  & caring so much so that my grandson is always happy  to visit the Paediatrician – Dr Priya .
Sadly , presently Medical Field  is highly commercialized.  The hospitals are vying with each other for patients. But once the patient  is on -boarded the exploitation starts.  Fleecing patients for  innumerable  Tests and unnecessary hospitalization is order of the day.
And that is where Phoenix  Hospital differs with the rest.  The 'Patient  First' approach of the Hospital is  genuinely followed by all attending  physicians.
The hospital has Specialist Doctors in multiple fields like  General Medicine, Cardiology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology  et al.  The other  peripheral  facilities  like X Ray, Pathology  Lab Tests etc.  are all available so that the patient  gets full service under one roof , which is a great relief.

Dr Priya is one of the most amazing empathetic paediatrician I have met. Her patience and empathy towards understanding the anxiety and needs and queries of the parents is commendable. The way she handles responses and does not force down medication immediately thereby naturally giving time for the child to recoup or recover and intervene only if absolutely necessary is truly praiseworthy. The Doctors, a blend of youth and experience are truly exceptional.  The specialists I consulted demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and expertise in their respective domains. They took their time to examine and thoroughly explain the diagnosis and the course of treatment to be administered. Their attentiveness and willingness to answer my questions made a significant difference to my overall experience.

We are extremely happy with treatment and hospitality of this Medical Center.  The doctors are very polite, attending the patients with utmost care and affection, which you won’t find in any other Hospitals.  The Doctors are spending more time with each and every patient and explaining the nature of disease and the root cause of the problem and treatment is given accordingly.
What we found in this hospital is that they are not money oriented and wanting to serve the community is their single Motto.
We wish them success and appreciate their contribution to the society.
